Potential Committee Needs:

Need

Description

Status

Members!

It would probably be helpful to have a strong local group.

Bob Blay should be a member in the future. He was very helpful.

Search committee

Finding people. Record them in an Excel Spreadsheet I've started.

Jen Rose, but could use help. Especially if there was a person local who could make a lot of calls. Derek Dubie, Micky Boland, Joe Lora, and others helped me with this.

Weekend agenda

Someone to oversee the agenda and follow through on details. Perhaps headcount and menu discussions with BountiFare, ensuring the times and places are correct on any brochures we make.

Jen

Budget monitor

someone to track expenses and ensure that we pay people back, and if applicable, set up a class account.

Exact numbers after Columbus Day. But some costs were about $550 f0r DJ, about $2400 for dinner, $50 for hs tour/donation, about $150 for decorations, a net of about $100 from the golf outing, stamps and envelopes dontated, badged donated, Becky Neville, Cliff Harris and Vanessa Giloolly donated $70 each. About $15 in yearbook CD income and about $150 in raffle income. Income for event approx. $3300.

Dinner Committee

Perhaps a group dedicated to just that event: decorating, favors, etc.

Renee (Gagnon) Eastman has done it all! Vicki Cantoni Norcross was a help as well.

Advertise event:

Paper mailing, or will websites, email, radio, newspaper, postings be better?

Jen's mom put this in the Transcript end of Aug. Paper and email out.

Badges

Tim Maroni created very high quality badges with our yearbook photos. Lisa Milette DeGroff is going to make a keep in touch sheet. Jen is going to make a parade meeting spot flyer.

Fun photos to show on a projector.

Perhaps a a slideshow that runs continuously on the giant TV. (it was broken)

Lisa Milette DeGroff allowed us to use her laptop and projector to display a CD of the PowerPoint slideshow Jen made from everyone's donated photos. And how did she protect the equipemen? With caution tape of course.

Someone to take class photo.

Transcript? Or, just a member of the wait staff with the digital camera?

Photos were contributed by many. Bob Blay brought his SERIOUS digital camera and took candids all night. He will mail Jen a CD to post on the web or maybe even in Shutterfly to make it easy to order some.

Prizes, favors, fun categories

to honor (furthest travelled, most kids, stuff like that)

Renee (Gagnon) Eastman & Jen

Determine special guests

such as a teacher or coach

No budget. Maybe next one.

Class parade spot

Someone needs to help Lisa M DeGroff wrap her caution tape around an area and use the signs created by Beck's Printing (donation by owner and alumni John Haskins!) to show our spot.

Lisa Milette DeGroff and Andy Potvin did this at midnight! The rain made it a little soggy, but when it cleared a small gathering appeared. Otherwise occupied alums Serena Sheldon and Jill Dean were able to come to that.

Class donation to high school or local business or chamber?

(Perhaps not an option this year with the lack of budget, but something to strive for in '11)

It was suggested we do so for the Drury tour fee. We'll have to come up with a fee. $50 maybe.
